SHIPPING POLICIES We ship all of our merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or DHL ground at no charge. Approximate ship time is 10-14 days, but could be slightly longer (3-4 weeks) for our organic Amish wool toppers, or our comforter sets. If you would like tracking information for your order, please either email us at orderfutoncover@aol.com with your request, or call us at 1-800-231-1651 during business hours. We are happy to assist you in any way.
If you would like expedited shipping, be advised that for sheet sets, the cost for 2nd Day Air averages about $35, which includes a rush charge for bumping your order to the front of the line. For comforter sets and other products, there is no rush service or 2nd Day Air, or Overnight service available. This is because some of our products have to be assembled or sewn to order, and this takes lead time.
A packing slip will be sent along with your product from our shipping department. If you did not get a confirmation sheet generated after you placed your order online, or if you did not print a copy of your order after processing, please call us at any time to get a copy of your invoice.
